A digital collection of black-and-white nitrate negatives built using Luna for the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (DMNS) Image Archives. Harvey H. Nininger was curator of meteorites for the DMNS from 1930-1946. 300 images were digitized and enhanced in Photoshop CS4 that best represent Nininger’s many expeditions and excavations across the United States and Mexico between 1920-1950. Of the 300 images digitized, 200 were selected for inclusion in the digital collection based on their research and aesthetic value.
